In 1997, “芬狄诗 FANDECIE” was applied as a trademark in class 25 by one of Intelightip's client who is mainly involved in businees of underwears.  After the mark being registered in 1999, this client input huge resources in the market to promote its underwears and therefore gained high reputation among relevant consumers.

In 2011, another Chinese company filed a similar mark in class 35 covering advertisment, import/export agency service, etc.  This application was registered in 2012.

Intelightip represented the client lodging an invalidation action against the later registered trademark.  As a result of untiring efforts, not only the target trademark is invalidated but also the client's “芬狄诗 FANDECIE” mark in class 25 is recognized by the TRAB as a well-known trademark.
