Today, we extend our warmest welcome to a respectable professional, Dr. Shiwen Ouyang, for becoming a part of the SBZL family.                                    

Dr. Ouyang, a former senior patent examiner, has served in The Patent Examination and Coordination Center of the SIPO, The Patent Reexamination Board, and The first intermediate people's Court of Beijing. In sixteen years of patent-examination life, Dr. Ouyang carried out over 400 substantive examination for invention patent application in biochemical and pharmaceutical field, attended over 1000 joint hearing, and acted as panel leader or primary examiner in reexamination for over 60 times. His other academic and research achievement includes dozens of article and book publication, participation in the fourth amendment of the China Patent Law, and special column on well-known medias.
